Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Bluepeak Wren Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around loads and lanes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
