Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Bluepeak Nest Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around shrink and waste clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling shrink and waste. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
