Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Nova Quarry Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Minneapolis, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around service complaints clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling service complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
