Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Lantern Medical Partners and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
