Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Lumen Amber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Salt Lake City, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling change orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
