Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Ironwood Quill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Tampa, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around branch operations clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling branch operations. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
