Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Fernwood Lantern Insurance is an insurance company in Fresno with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
