Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Nova Ember Staffing places workers with employers around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling client orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
