Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Ironwood Ivory Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Boise area, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around housekeeping schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
