Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Nova Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around account openings clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
