Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Redstone Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Pittsburgh serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
