Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Redstone Lantern Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around subcontractor invoices clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling subcontractor invoices. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
