Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Lumen Sable Construction is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling change orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
