Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Ironwood Maple Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Austin plant. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around scrap and rework clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling scrap and rework. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
