Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Bluepeak Bridge Farms is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling packing house output. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
