Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Fernwood Loom Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Wichita, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling catastrophe response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
