Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Harborlight Clear Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Cleveland serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
