Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Phoenix, AZ)

Fernwood Keystone Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Phoenix, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
