Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Bridge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Oklahoma City serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around account openings clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
