Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Birch Telecom is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around outage reports clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling outage reports. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
