Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
