Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Willow Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Explain our services around materials orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling materials orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
