Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Granite Staffing is a Jacksonville staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
