Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Willow Insurance Group and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around premium billing clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
