Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Jackson, MS)

Ironwood Yarrow Foods is a Jackson food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around sanitation schedules clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
