Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Jackson, MS)

Northwind Oak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Jackson serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around deposit accounts clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling deposit accounts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
