Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Hartford, CT)

Foxglove Wilder Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling policy renewals.
