Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge West Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of about 729 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around service connections clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
