Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Cross Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around El Paso, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around hardship programmes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling hardship programmes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
