Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate Meridian Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Detroit region, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling cold storage. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
