Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Columbus, OH)

Nova West Farms is an agricultural business based around Columbus, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
