Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Bright Staffing Group is a Charlotte staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling timekeeping. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
