Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Austin, TX)

Bright Fox Insurance is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Austin. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
