Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Austin, TX)

Bright Keystone Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Austin, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around carrier rates clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
