Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Field Financial and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around loan applications clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
