Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Rook Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
