Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Rook Staffing is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
