Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Iron Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the St. Louis region. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
