Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Jose, CA)

Nova Thistle Construction is a San Jose contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around safety records clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
