Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Antonio, TX)

Westbrook North Staffing places workers with employers around San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
