Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge Forge Arts Center is an arts centre in Richmond with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around exhibitions clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling exhibitions. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
