Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Richmond, VA)

Rivermark Rook Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling work orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
