Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Richmond, VA)

Nova Juniper Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Richmond area. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 731 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around food costs clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling food costs. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
