Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Rivermark Field Staffing is a Madison staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
