Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Amberfield Basin Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Colorado Springs, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
