Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Northwind Sparrow Arts Center is an arts centre in Grand Rapids with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around visitor services clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling visitor services. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
