Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Northwind Drift Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Explain our services around contractor visits clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling contractor visits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
