Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Lumen Iron Insurance is an insurance company in Anchorage with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around underwriting files clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling underwriting files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
