Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Summit Union Arts Center is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling ticketing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
