Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Summit Junction Staffing is a Toledo staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 888 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
